Computer crashes usually occur at the most unexpected times. Therefore, if you value your data and you don't want to go through the whole process of inputting it again, you will need to backup your data to prevent permanent data loss. Failure to do this will have detrimental effects to one business that may eventually lead to closure of the business. This does not only apply to people who run their businesses on their computer systems. Even if you don't use a computer for your business transactions, one has to always keep their data safe.In this day and age, backup facilities are not only found in large organizations but are also accessible to the common man. There are provisions of remote backup services, external storage devices such as CDs, DVDs, flash disks etc. and online backup services that are mainly file sharing sites where file are open to the public for viewing and downloading.
