Multiple databases may capture significant company information about your company. If you have a project accounting database to capture time and expense on your projects, there is a significant amount of detailed data about each of these projects. You may also have other data sources including a CRM database, HR system, proposal and photo library or Outlook that captures a wealth of information needed and used every day to manage projects, people, maintain client relationships and win new business.
